What is being offered.

Malcolm Harvest Jr. provides strategic advisory services for founders, leaders, creators, and organizations working through business, technology, brand, product, growth, and complex project decisions. Current fixed-fee consultation options, durations, and prices are published on the Services page. Custom Strategy & Systems Sprint engagements are scoped and priced in writing before work begins.

Booking & confirmation

A request is not yet an appointment.

Submitting a consultation request or sending a scheduling email does not create a confirmed appointment. A session is confirmed only after the requested time is reviewed and written confirmation is sent. If a requested time is unavailable, an alternative will be offered.

Payments

The total is disclosed before payment.

For fixed-fee services, the applicable price is shown before any payment is requested. When secure online payment is offered, payment-card information is handled by the payment processor rather than intentionally stored as full card details by MalcolmHarvest.com. Custom engagements use the fee and payment schedule stated in the written scope.

Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds

Before delivery, you can change course.

A confirmed fixed-fee consultation may be rescheduled before its scheduled start time, subject to availability, without an additional rescheduling fee. If a fixed-fee consultation is cancelled before the session begins and payment has already been collected, the consultation fee is eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Once a consultation has begun or has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Custom engagements are governed by the cancellation, milestone, and refund terms in the written scope or statement of work. If those written terms differ from this page, the written project terms control for that engagement.
